Has anyone here had a problem with an enlarged tonsil that sort of made your speech worse?

Has anyone here had a problem with an enlarged tonsil that sort of made your speech worse? My speeched used to be A LOT better! I even won a scholarship which included an interview. If back then it had been like it is now, I would've NEVER gotten that scholarship. I don't know what the fuck happened along the years. For one, I fell and hit the back of my head. Another reason could be that my right tonsil fucking enlarged and now I sort of feel it like a foreign object in my throat and it constantly distracts me. Sorry if I'm boring you with this shit. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone here had a similar issue with a tonsil that made their speech worse.
