How good is your vocabulary?

How good is your vocabulary? I feel like mine is terrible, I always sound like a kid speaking. This is one of the things I hate the most about having a stutter. I try to read books but when it's time to use those words, I either can't say it or my mind goes blank because I panic, so I have to resort to basic words. I hate that I can't explain myself clearly. ❤
