Did it just last summer. Didn't do anything special for it and stuttered like crazy. Wasn't a big deal; the border agent was patient as could be. They see stuff and disabilities all the time, I'm sure. On the way there, they just ask where you're going and staying, the date you're returning to the US, and the reason for your visit (personal or work). I was more concerned about crossing the border back into the US. But the guy couldn't have been nicer. Maybe I lucked out? On the way back they ask you to declare anything you purchased and are bringing back, where you were coming from, when your visit started.
