A small stuttering survey I recently came across a YouTube video where a Youtube content creator shared that his stuttering had notably improved when he reduced the frequency of his masturbation. And I realize that the dopamine production and sensitivity of the dopamine receptors in our brain can play a crucial role in stuttering. Doing too many unhealthy activities can lead to dopamine dysregulation, that directly involved in motor system of speaking. So I want to create a small survey, this aims to get more understanding about the relationship between activities that produces high-dopamine level and stuttering. If this is true with stutters, we can achieve higher life quality by reducing the high-dopamine activities, and find the way to balance them. And if you are interested in dopamine level and activities, you can find many videos on Youtube. These are activities that can produce more or less dopamine in our daily life, so do you find the stuttering getting better or worse when experiencing in: \- Lack of sleep \- Sexual activity (including masturbation and other sexual-related activity) \- Consuming social media or video games excessively \- Junk food, caffeine, drug and alcohol use \- Exercising, running, swimming and other physical activity.
