Get your texts and photos really good. Get photos with you hanging with friends, doing cool things, and traveling. No selfies. Frame the stuttering in your bio as one little quirk about you that makes you unique. Make a joke about it. Online dating is really shallow, but if you want to actually succeed at it, then you need to be honest so they don't bolt when you meet. IRL, girls are attracted to a few things in guys. Competency at your job and life as a baseline, your external factors (IQ, hobbies and sports, travel experience, height, looks, etc.), and then a little vulnerability thrown in to activate their maternal instinct.
