Yes :) I've been stuttering since around 12 years old until 20, and came back a little bit around 3 years ago for 2 years. I'm 28 now. I used of course many techniques, but didn't learned from books nor speech therapist. I have been trying to push myself out there, and accept to make mistake along the way, only if i'm on a path to progress. I developed a real passion for words, and for communication, which helped a lot, i read a lot of books about communication, i enriched my vocabulary and i developed a great confidence with the way i was able to communicate with others... I also tried to visualize situations where people would cheers me on the way i talk. And it worked so much ! I saw myself not with the at-the-time condition i was in, but the way i wanted it to be, and started to notice every single moment i made a bit of progress and i rewarded myself for it. I also used suggestions to reprogram my mind and my subconscious, and i tried to explore the source of where it comes from. I saw myself not as a stutterer, but as someone with an incredible and noticeable communication, fluent and beautiful. I'd be down to talk and help you as best as i can, give me a text! Wishing you all the best. Cheers, Anthony.
