You do you, my dude. I work as a communications manager for a global company of over 20,000 people. I have meetings all the time, take phone calls all the time. My fluency goes up and down a lot and some days it just feels like I'm going from one block to the next. But I make it work. It gets me down when I have a crap day and can't talk effectively, but I try to power through. Don't let it hold you back.
