I'm not going to tell you how to live your life, but... for what it's worth: Don't call it "genetic". Don't think it can't change. Sort your anger out, or it might ruin something severe for you some day. Anger is just an added unnecessary overhead to stuttering. Don't think that you somehow need it or can't do anything about it. Go see someone professional - both about the stutter and about the anger. Both seem like something you'd benefit from working on, if only initially to disentangle the two. Be safe! And also not angry. ;)
