Cant say words that start with t,p,k

Cant say words that start with t,p,k I have a genetic problem with stutter, first signs of stutter were at 4-6 years old, it went away, until 16-18 and still i struggle with stutter, but it is a different type of stutter, i cant say words that start with t, p and k. But sometimes it goes beyond that. How can I overcome this, I really need great communication skills for what I aim to achieve in the future.
