Try some kind of counseling which teaches you to be not so afraid so much. Try breathing exercises Most of all, don’t be afraid to make an absolute fool out of yourself. Shit will always happens, but when you constantly anticipate it gets only worse. I did a course where I deliberately had to stutter in the most feared situation (asking a beautiful girl for the road) whilst other were filming it. The exercise helped easing the tension.
