Don't hold back. Keep going into social situations. Don't avoid speaking situations where this is occurring, it'll get worse. Overkill those feared situations and show yourself it's possible, keep doing it until it gets boring. Trust me, once you avoid one thing it'll begin to spread to the rest of your life and you'll soon hold back so much that you'll avoid speaking altogether. Just remember, stuttering isn't negative, people don't care really. You may think they'll judge you for some reason, but generally they'll just think you're stuttering, which they're right about, people understand it. No big deal. No worries. Keep moving forward.
