Vocal messages social media

Vocal messages social media I'm M30 and I've this issue from when im child. i don't repeat words but mostly blocks. After many I see my stutter improve and my idea is that is mostly psychological...I totally don't have problem when I'm alone,I've less problem when I speak in English and I totally fluent when I send vocal messages to people. The situation change if I start to think that I can't cancel that vocal message. Did you have same issue?
