You are not alone! I get days feeling the exact same. People think I’m rude or being aloof when I don’t feel like talking much, they don’t know the struggle we have tho. The thing that frustrates me the most is other people reaction to it , every job I get I always end up the least paid person in my roll even tho I work just as hard if not harder physically.
