The most important thing to understand is the audience (interviewer) doesn't care about your speech nearly as much as you think. Yes you will stutter, you need to accept this fact and embrace it. If you're comfortable and confident in yourself and your ability to communicate, the audience will also be comfortable speaking with you and listening to you. It would also help alot if you mention that you stutter during the interview. It'll relieve some pressure off you that the interviewer may not know why you are blocking. Honestly, as long as you're a good employee and person, no employer will care about your speech. Good luck!
