I think the problem I have with this general message it is really is invalidating of the experience of stuttering since most of these people “overcame” or “worked so hard that it doesn’t affect them anymore”. What a horrible message, is my struggle my fault? Have I not tried hard enough. I agree that it’s infuriating and insulting.
