I used to have a speech therapist. As a kid I would stomp my foot or clap my hands to get myself to stop blocking. She taught me to stop doing that but recently it’s been starting up again. Sometimes I would take the longest breath and I would still block soon after I try to speak again. I’ll look into some breathing exercises though. Thanks for the help!
