^agree. Also if you’re over the phone keep in mind that a long pause is more explainable or not as awkward. So if you really need to say a specific word just let the air hang and stutter quietly quietly as your rolling into it. They will only hear a dramatic pause and then the response you follow with. People will just chalk it up to a spotty or slow phone connection sometimes. Same goes for video calls too I find.
