i hate having phone call anxiety

i hate having phone call anxiety i'm having a hard time right now figuring out how im gonna call my bank... i've been holding it off for awhile now but i'm honestly just so scared of being hung up on. its happened in the past and my stutter gets super bad to the point where i can't even get one word out and my anxiety gets extremely bad.. i honestly don't know what to do anymore! i just wish i didn't have to deal with this stutter cause it's making me feel miserable
