It could be, I am not an expert in neuroscience so can't comment. But I think most people block because they want to avoid stuttering. It's not a conscious choice. Its out of fear. The feeling is of hesitation. The feeling is the same one you will get if you try jumping off from a tall building. Your body will 'block' that action. This is a normal behavior so I don't see it as a neurological disorder. We just have to be brave and willpower our way through stutter. As the user on the top very perfectly said. >Once you can slowly let yourself stutter a little, you won't block. The way to get past a block is to make sound. Giving yourself permission to stutter is the antidote to blocks.
