Does this rapper stutter? Hello everyone. I know that this isn't a typical post about stuttering, but I really need your opinion. I recently saw an interview with one of my favorite rappers named Skippa da flippa. In the interview, it seems like he has a stutter, but he also looks high, so I am a little confused.
