Remember just cause youve been to dozens of therapist doesnt mean they were all good and maybe you just didnt have enough time with them. Are you just "practicing" at speech therapy or are you practicing at home to. And i mean actually practicing not just sitting there for like 5 minutes and saying "thats enough" i mean thru out the entire day when talking to parents brothers friends online. Even the people you dont stutter alot with. Theres not a cure yet, besides of few pills that people say help reduce but so far techniques and shii are the only way, and those techniques need to become a habit. Something you dont think about and just naturally do it. Like breathing, taking ur time when talking ect ect. For example people will say therapy doesnt work, yet they constantly down themselves everyday, overweight which leads to low confidence (for some)which leads to social anxiety ON TOP of the anxiety that stuttering brings. With every other aspect of their life going downhill. Get your mental/body, area, clean and right then start judging if things are working. Ur 15 girlfriends and shit arent even important rn 99% dont even last We already got a lot of shit on our plate with the stutter alone, start clearing it.
