Same as me! With my girlfriend and parents I am 90% fluent, some blocks but I change words to suit. If I do an interview or try to order food on the phone I pause every 4 words! So frustrating, but it tells me it must be anxiety related or something. How can I be fluent with people I’m comfortable around, how can I become comfortable around everyone, that might help, it’s tiring though, talking is a hard task, people just don’t get it.
