I am so sorry my friend, I know how you feel. The only way out of this is a good speech theraphy. There are only few of them that will help you, many of them will not help you. You just have to find the Right one for you. Is there a stutter-comunity in India? Cant they help you, there must be some theraphy in India that will help you, come on, 1 Billion People is there :) Just search and search and try and try. You have Nothing to loose, there are theraphies that helped the worst stutter-cases. Keep Fighting man. Greetings from Germany
