Wow we've got the same problem. This is what my speech therapist told me: you know that "ah" sound you make when you whisper the A? So you basically have to do that to "slip" into the word. It sounds a bit weird though, for example you say "ahAcademy" and you can hear the H a little AND you probably have to practice this "trick" (I definitely do) but it'll make your speech more fluent
