I did all these things and it didn’t solve my stuttering but it reduced it by 85% and it’s hard for people to notice 1- Put a pen between your teeth and try to say li li li and read a page or two of a book. 2- Take a deep breath and read two words and stop and repeat this movement until you feel your facial muscles. 3- Read a book out loud. 4- Sing your favorite songs out loud. 5- Close your teeth and try to speak, whether it is normal speech or reading something.
