If I’m initiating the call, I make sure I know what I am going to say then start like a tv announcer... “hello, this is howtobegoodagain, might I please speak with....”. I don’t allow panic and anxiety to build into a block. I also vary the hello to hallo, allo, hullo, oui, pronto, moshi moshi etc Now if I’m answering a call, idk why, but I can say hello like only 50% of the time. People always ask me why I don’t answer call with hello and I say “robocallers”. I’ve started to say gala or dig a when answering calls with some good results.
