Yep, I started at 300mg twice a day and gradually increased to 600mg twice a day. I also take a B complex once a day. Helps a lot with reducing anxiety in meetings, and when I'm expected to comment, I've found I'm a lot more fluent than without the vitamins. Just remember to slow your breathing down, and breathe deep from the abdomen. Talk on the breathe out.
