I understand but my job doesn't just require me to answer phone calls, it also requires me to take public transport and I hate it because I can't give directions when I can't speak at all (blocks make it difficult for me to say certain words). I'm into teaching so the avoidance of certain words that I have to use makes it difficult for me to speak. It's exhausting.
