I am not sure if it helps.. I have interviewed a bunch of people and have seen the challenges that fluent people have in interviews. A lot of people suffer from anxiety and while they do not stutter, they struggle to express themselves well. Their mind often goes blank etc. Stuttering is a hell of a challenge. It helps me to know that regardless of fluency, people generally find these situations difficult. I learned that a good interviewer works hard to calm and get to know the candidate so they can properly assess what they would bring to the role. I understand though that there are a lot of roles with hundreds of applications and that care isn’t required or taken. I wish you all the best in your job hunt.
