This. I've lawyered up several times in my career. It's really not hard at all. Once they know you have a lawyer, they will change their tune. I found my most recent lawyer on Upwork & you can chat before you meet with them. I do suggest that you both lawyer up and find another job. Get justice for yourself but also know that you deserve better.
