If there's a graded speaking portion, talk to them after class, and say you're "speech disabled" so you'd "appreciate if they're patient with you". If they press the issue, saying something like "If you need proof, I can get it from the (whatever the disability office at the school is). I'll just tell them that you're requesting it." That usually scares them off.
