Can a person that really irritates you enhance stuttering? The person that I'm talking about is my dad, and he always annoys me and makes me "punch the air". His approach to life makes me wanna go far away from him and never come back. Lazy, barely helps in the house, filthy, thinks about alcohol all the time and shows no signs of change. I always feel the need to argue with him and it makes me so annoyed, I usually just block when I try to say something. In rare occasions when I'm having a peaceful conversation with him, I don't really stutter. Overall, it feels like I just have a harder time speaking with my dad than other people. Does this mean that I should avoid arguing, don't waste my time by trying to prove stuff to him? It has now come to the point when being in one room with my dad frustrates me and I can't help it.
