This is so relatable. I started going to a stuttering support group + speech therapy a couple years go and even though my stutter isn’t really “better”, I feel soooo much better about it. Scenarios like the one you’re describing don’t seem to happen nearly as often anymore, mostly because I don’t care as much anymore. Hang in there.
