I am currently seeing someone who specializes more in children then adults. However, they are helping me tremendously. If you are really interested, just ask around at various institutes near you and see if they are more aimed for adults/or willing to take a adult client. My speech therapist was very excited to work with an adult because we can give more detailed knowledge on our experience with in turn helps them understand more about stuttering itself.
