Fuck no. I bacame an ophthalmologist, I daily talk with around 15-20 patients. Operate around 20-30 patients weekly. In 1 year of practice just one elderly and kinda crazy woman comemented how I am “so eager to talk that I stumble on the words”. But other than that, no one else has said anything ever. It is way more important what you say than how you say it.
