Yeah absolutely. Whenever I have to speak more than usual, over a longer period of time, my stutter improves a lot. Same is true for the opposite. If I speak rarely, it’s even harder to get a few words out than normal. Maybe try to put yourself in situations where you have to speak a bit more? I know, it’s not the most comfortable thing to do, but it can really help over time. Even if it’s just the old ‚reading out loud to yourself‘ can help sometimes.
