Accent influencing stutter I teach English as a foreign language. I have a student, native language Hebrew, who stutters extensively in both Hebrew and English. However, when he speaks with a stereotypically "Indian" accent, he *doesn't* stutter. Does anyone know of any reasons for this, or research on this topic? If not, are there any thoughts on why this might be the case? TIA
