It always helped me to bring code samples, architecture diagrams, etc to job interviews. Anything that I can show them to demonstrate my skill, ideally that doesn’t hang on the quality of my speech. Plus I’ve always found that having something physical to refer to reduces my stutter. You could also try pursuing contract work while you look for a full time job. I’ve done many side gigs over the year where I never spoke to the client at all - just emails and chats.
