I get really frustrated by this too. I feel like most of them must have had mild stutters, or the sort of childhood stutter that people tend to grow out of. This is why King George VI is one of my role models. He worked so hard trying to control his stutter for all the public speaking he had to do as king, and he clearly still stuttered - just listen to some of his speeches.
