It’s tough to say, since there is no “typical” stutter. Everyone’s pattern is unique to them. My best advice is don’t avoid the disfluencies, go straight for the feared words, and let your stutter out. While this is easier said than done, it’ll do you much more good in the long run than trying to avoid stuttering or sound totally fluent. Especially since it sounds like your stuttering is a fairly recent occurrence, it’s very important that you don’t utilize techniques or tricks to be fluent. Let your stuttering be.
