I do agree " practice speaking" is a well meant but useless advice. It's different from " practice guitar" that's something you will actually get better over time. To the feeling of sensation: I do not know any anatomical vocabulary so it's not very precise. But it's like a cramp ( not really a cramp but a contraction of the muscle or whatever there is located) in the upper part of the throat which blocks the airflow. Simplest solution for myself therefore is relaxation. However the cause is not for everyone the same. It could be trauma induced and ancestral trauma neurological, Passed on through generations/ DNA defect, psychological and whatever. Getting a solution is very complex and probably different from person to person
