I stopped counting them .. But if i have to answer, i'd say that i have a very heavy and intense stutter. and i made a lot of effort to pronounce a single word. Years ago, a man who was really disturbed by my suttering said to my friend ( Your dog does never stop barking ?! ). I felt extremly offended and after a lot of awkward situation, i dont even want to speak now :(
