1. Avoid finishing his sentences (I have a girl and when she does it i don’t really mind but everyone is different). 2. Avoid taking over the convo when he’s having a block, u might not mean it in a mean way but it can come off as “he’s taking so long I’m getting bored”. 3. Try your best to make him feel heard, meaning when he’s talking show him that you’re listening and understanding, a side effect of stuttering that not a lotta people mention is how it makes u think you’re a burden and people don’t wanna listen to you cause they got better things to do.
