Stuttering Problem - how can I fix it?

Stuttering Problem - how can I fix it? Hey all, I've had a stuttering problem since I was born, and it's not too serious. However, it comes up at random times, which really really bothers me. Whenever I'm doing presentations or even talking to friends, I start to stutter and it's only for a few words. What can I do to help it? Thanks!
