Hirevue Interview Tips Hey everyone, I’ve been actively looking for new jobs, and one of the positions that I really want is asking for me to do a HireVue interview. I can’t help but be anxious going into it, given that’s it’s a one way interview. In past interviews, I always acknowledge my stutter at the beginning to the interviewers just to set the record straight (and it also lessens my anxiety about having moments throughout the rest of the interview). But I feel like that’s not really an option here, also because it seems like the responses are timed. Overall, my stutter isn’t incredibly severe but I’ve definitely noticed it get worse while talking on the phone and when I’m talking under a time limit. I just don’t want to come across as a bad communicator and lessen my chances of advancing in the process. Has anyone had experiences with this type of interview? Any advice is appreciated 🙏🏻
