Did you receive speech therapy? To control the disfluencies, you need to control your emotions. If you are feeling sad, mad, excited, etc you'll stutter. Be confident when you speak and if you stutter don't force it. Stop, breath and start over. Stretch the first word of your sentence (search stretchy speech strategy). Take your time!! This is really important. You need to talk slowly and with pauses to reduce the disfluencies. Hope this helps! 💪🏻😊
