a year ago in your age i felt myself right that way in a university. my stuttering was severe. but 2 years later i just became used to my speech disability. it's still pretty much severe but i'm on the way to accept this and strongly believe that i will be able to get rid of it. now i'm not avoiding different speech situations anymore. i just give myself a challenge everyday. and i feel better and stronger everytime. also i comsume a lot of useful information about speech/psychology/psychiatry, find useful techniques and try it out. good luck. just be curious, try to not to stay in the depressed state too long, focuse on good moments and details of life. it's banal and hard to do but try all the time. it will get better anyway
