I also struggle with speaking on the phone, one thing that helps me with my name is 'sliding' its where you prolong the sound of your name to help get it out, like 'beeanncaa'. So take a breath then slide your name out. It might sound silly, but it helps me and its better then getting stuck. ​ I hope, you will get into a groove with it like you said and it will become easy for you.
