So true. I wish everyone had that patience. It makes the conversation so much more enjoyable if you give the other person time to speak. I am a speech language pathologist and people who come to see me often don't stutter in the session, because they feel accepted and comfortable. Imagine if all of society was patient - I believe stuttering would disappear.
