Very tough but I have worked with a lot of great people who stand by me and help me through the really bad stutters. After a while the regulars have grown to know me and are pretty nice and all. Some of the people who don't com as often are the ones that can occasionally be a bit rude about it. I recall even, one regular getting in my face about my stutter. Saying I shouldn't work around people with a stutter as it was "obviously" not a good idea. There are a lot of bad people in the world. But there are even more good people. In the moment the bad comments really hurt but it's the tremendous amount of good comments that keep me going.
